Guests will be treated to a six-course Beergustation luncheon inspired by autumn’s harvest. With a passion for all things local, head chef Sean Simpson’s love for food and beer will be reflected in each course. Produce sourced from across South Australia is set to star.

Californicator – Big Shed’s West Coast IPA – missed out last time so will be featured in this year’s menu, along with a further five special brews. Think sweet and sour with a touch of bitterness in between! These limited-edition releases will be paired with each dish and also featured throughout the menu.

Meet the team behind the brews at this interactive luncheon. The Adelaide-based Big Shed Brewing crew will talk about their journey so far and each of the unique beer-making processes used in their limited-edition beers.
