Hey Diddle Wine Dinner

Different grape variants, modern techniques and a funky and fresh brand have contributed to creating Hey Diddle as we know it. Join Tom Jonas and Brad Ebert at the Kensi as they talk you through their wines and journey at this intimate event.

PORK CUTLET

Roast cherry tomato, charred zucchini, parsley salad, red wine jus

BRAISED SHORT RIB

Burnt butter and sage polenta, tomato sugo, sauteed green beans, toasted almonds

Quince paste, poached pear, spiced nuts, lavosh

Followed with a Tawny Port
