- Stuffed Chicken Breast (GF) β Stuffed with halloumi & spinach, served with confit garlic mash, grilled broccolini, and a creamy mustard sauce.
- Pan Seared Barramundi (GF) β With crispy potato, rocket, heirloom tomatoes, shaved fennel, currants, almonds, and lemon compound butter.
